Your First Visit to Our St. Peters Practice

Even before your first visit, we will help to make your visit a pleasant experience. When you call to make an appointment, we will begin to gather your information, and can even begin the process of verifying insurance coverage, if desired. The forms you will be required to complete are available at ‘new patient forms’. You are welcome to complete these to make your first visit more efficient.

On your first visit we will assess your case, perform an examination, may take x-rays or perform tests in order to gather the information we need to determine if yours is a case we may be able to help.
